Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being your authentic self.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Counseling. My education and professional experience have given me a strong understanding of the emotional, social, and personal experiences that can shape how we feel and navigate life. I have over four years of experience working with adults in a variety of settings, including private practice, hospitals, home health, and nursing facilities.

I primarily work with adults 18 and older who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything life can bring.

I'm here to work alongside you to help you feel more understood, supported, and confident in yourself.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming in—I’ll meet you where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and individualized. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you. I want therapy to be a safe space where you can be completely honest, feel truly heard, and know that your experiences are being met with understanding and compassion.

I take the time to understand the person behind the symptoms and diagnosis, including your experiences, relationships, strengths, and the challenges you may be facing. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you and identify strategies that are realistic and meaningful to your life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply unsure of where to begin, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and more confident in your ability to move forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where we can get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll take the time to listen and understand your unique experiences.

Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to identify goals and develop an approach that feels right for you.
