Thanks for checking out my profile. I offer virtual sessions that are trauma-informed and tailored to each client’s needs. Many of my clients come with a story to tell, and I take a conversational, supportive approach to help them feel heard and understood. I am trained in EMDR and CBT, and I also incorporate DBT, MI, and Narrative Therapy to guide healing and growth. My goal is to create a safe, flexible space where we can work together on what matters most to you.

I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and explore both struggles and strengths. Together, we often work on building coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and finding new perspectives that open up possibilities for healing.
