Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As a bilingual therapist, I especially enjoy supporting immigrants, bicultural individuals, and professionals who often feel caught between different expectations, cultures, or roles. My goal is to help you feel more understood, grounded, and connected to who you are.

My approach to therapy

We’ll look closely at the patterns, relationships, and expectations that have shaped how you move through the world. My role is to help you understand yourself more clearly and make choices that feel less driven by fear, obligation, or old survival strategies.

What you can expect from me

Our first session isn't about having the right answers. It's about getting to know your story. We'll explore what's bringing you here, what you've already been carrying on your own, and what you hope might feel different. My hope is that you leave feeling understood—and a little less alone than when you walked in.
