My approach to therapy

I provide bilingual (English and Mandarin) individual therapy to adults. My work goes beyond managing symptoms and helps you cultivate values, mindfulness, self-compassion, and connectedness to experience a sustainable sense of fulfillment. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
