Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan—including children, teens, and their families. With over 16 years of nursing experience spanning home health, care management, hospice, and palliative care, I bring a holistic perspective that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I know reaching out for help on behalf of your child can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make it easier.

My approach to therapy

My approach as a PMHNP is compassionate, patient-centered, and holistic. I create a safe, non-judgmental environment where patients of all ages feel heard and respected. With children and teens, I take time to understand each young person—their strengths, school and home life, and the challenges that brought them in, from anxiety to focus to big emotions. I see parents as essential partners and focus on trusting relationships and evidence-based treatment.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, you can expect a safe, judgment-free space to discuss your concerns, symptoms, history, and goals. For families, it's also a chance for me to get to know your child and for you to ask anything on your mind. I'll keep you informed and involved, and if medication comes up, I'll explain the options in plain language so you can decide with confidence—never rushed. Together we'll create an individualized plan to support your child's wellbeing.
