Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I’m Jinna Rittenhouse, LCPC, and I’m truly glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and whether this is your first experience with therapy or a return to the work, I’m honored to walk with you. With 44 years of clinical experience, I’ve guided individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, major life changes, and some of the most overwhelming moments life can bring. I offer virtual sessions, giving you the flexibility and comfort of meeting from wherever you feel most at ease.

My approach to therapy

My work focuses not only on reducing symptoms, but on understanding their root causes. So often, anxiety, sadness, panic, physical tension, or relational conflict are signals pointing to deeper experiences that deserve attention and compassion. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep resurfacing in your life and uncover the origin of those cycles—whether rooted in past relationships, trauma, long-standing stress, or moments when your needs were never fully met.

I take a holistic approach, considering all aspects of your wellbeing: emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical. Your body’s responses, your belief systems, your past experiences, and your relationships all shape how you feel today. Healing, to me, is an integrative process—one that honors every part of your story and helps you reconnect with balance and inner strength.

What you can expect from me
