Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to my profile. I am happy to share a bit about myself with you. As a bi-racial (Korean and African-American) female who converted to Judaism three decades ago, I work with a diverse group of adult patients to help them heal from events that limit their ability to participate in their lives fully.

As a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience in four states, I use evidence-based treatment and incorporate spirituality when requested to tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each patient.

My approach to therapy

My work with patients is authentic and compassionate. When challenging faulty thoughts and beliefs, the focus is on separating the patient from their behavior and thoughts, so they can objectively see how they show up for themselves and others with little or no self-judgment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect to share what feels most comfortable for you and important to you.

I actively listen to understand and have an open invitation for you to help me gain clarity so I can fully understand your experience and perspective.
