Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and emotions. I am committed to culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirming care.

My approach to therapy

I draw from client-centered, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and dialectical behavior therapy approaches to help clients develop insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, your concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I view clients as the experts on their own lives, so I approach this conversation with genuine curiosity and respect for your lived experience. Together, we will begin identifying goals and exploring how therapy can best support you. If you schedule, please note that I work on the hour so please book accordingly.
