Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S).

I believe healing starts with connection- to self, others, and inner peace. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed counseling for individuals of all ages, offering a safe space for growth, reflection, and transformation. My goal is to support your emotional wellness and self-discovery with empathy and respect.

I offer a warm, culturally responsive environment where clients feel safe, seen, and supported. I specialize in trauma recovery and work extensively with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, and relational challenges.

As a bilingual counselor (English and Korean), I welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), I integrate developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed care into my work with children and families.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Person-Centered and Child-Centered principles, emphasizing the importance of a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe that healing happens through authentic connection, and I strive to create a nurturing environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I also incorporate a Relational-Cultural Approach, which highlights the importance of mutual empathy, empowerment, and connection in the healing process. Depending on your unique needs, I integrate a range of evidence-based practices, including play therapy, expressive techniques, and trauma-informed care to support your growth and well-being.
