Great to meet you!

You might look like you're holding it all together on the outside while feeling exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed on the inside. Maybe you've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've stopped checking in with yourself. Or maybe life changed unexpectedly, and you're trying to figure out who you are now.

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, families, veterans, first responders, and LGBTQ+ individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, major life transitions, and the stress that comes from simply trying to keep up. My goal isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you understand yourself more deeply, quiet the constant mental noise, and feel more confident in the choices you make.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I'm easy to talk to, calm, honest, and genuine. Therapy with me is a place where you don't have to have it all figured out. You can show up exactly as you are, and we'll take it one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe therapy should feel like sitting across from someone who nods for 50 minutes and asks, "How does that make you feel?"

I believe our conversations should leave you with something you can actually use.

Some days that means helping you process difficult emotions. Other days it means identifying patterns that keep showing up in relationships, learning healthier ways to cope with anxiety, setting boundaries without guilt, or challenging the beliefs that have kept you feeling stuck for years.

I'll listen without judgment, but I'll also ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and help you connect the dots in ways you may not have considered before. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you because no two people heal the same way.

What you can expect from me

The first session isn't a test, and you don't need to know exactly what to say.

We'll start with what's been weighing on you lately and what made you decide to reach out now. I'll ask questions to better understand your story, but there's no pressure to share everything at once.

By the end of our session, my hope is that you'll feel a little lighter than when you walked in. We'll identify where you'd like life to look different, discuss a plan that feels realistic, and decide together what the next steps should be.

Therapy is a relationship, and finding the right fit matters. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful that meaningful change is possible.
