I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has 25 years' of experience working with adolescents and adults. I have experience working with people who suffer from depression, anxiety, and trauma. I retired from the USAF and started working with adolescents in treatment centers and in foster care. I have also worked with the Colorado Department of Corrections.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My framework for therapy comes from a strength-based perspective and I use a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, ACT, Trauma informed care, mindfulness, and EMDR.
