Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual/bicultural (Eng/Span) therapist with over 15 years of experience working in the fields of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Human Trafficking, as well as issues around immigration/reunification. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, to trust another person, and to talk about what you’ve been through. You deserve support and you deserve to have a space just for you where you can be your authentic self without judgment. I am here for you.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in client-centered and strength-based trauma work, as well as assist those with loss/grief, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. In addition, the evidence-based practice I use includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), TF-CBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

What you can expect from me

My goal is to work with you to identify what issues you want to work on and together identify goals and potential solutions to achieve them. I’m trained in several treatment methods and customize an effective treatment plan for each individual. I am open to a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss if we will be a good fit in a therapeutic relationship.
