Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based out of Texas. I received my Master of Education in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and I have been practicing for five years. My goal as a counselor is to help my clients improve coping skills, promote decision making, facilitate behavioral change, and support personal growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I can help navigate a variety of challenges related to your mental well-being by providing therapy focused on your presenting concern. My areas of focus are the following but not limited to managing anxiety, improving communication skills, and processing trauma. I offer a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

What you can expect from our first session

In my experience as a counselor, I have learned to work with empathy, compassion, patience and non-judgement. I purposefully strive to create a space where my clients feel safe. heard, and seen. I tailor therapy to your unique needs and circumstances.
