Great to meet you!

I know reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re dealing with things that feel confusing, heavy, or even stigmatized. I’ve spent my career working in many corners of the mental health world—from individual and couples therapy to specialized work around sexual behavior and addiction, including involvement with the legal system and court settings. Because of this, I’m used to sitting with people in really tough situations, and I bring a steady, non-judgmental presence to whatever you’re going through.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you can expect warmth, empathy, and honesty. I see you as the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—not to tell you who to be or how to feel. I aim to create a soft place to land, where you can safely explore vulnerable parts of yourself and feel truly heard. I value authenticity and real human connection, and I bring that into every session.

What you can expect from me

The heart of our time together is me getting to know you: what your life looks like, what’s weighing on you, and what you’re hoping will feel different. From there, we’ll figure out together how I can best support you. If you’re ready to talk to someone who will meet you without judgment, I’d be honored to start that process with you.
