Great to meet you!
I am a therapist, educator, and advocate dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves through compassionate, trauma-informed care. With master’s degrees in Curriculum & Instruction and Counseling & Development, along with backgrounds in education, school counseling, and mental health, I bring an integrative perspective to my work with women, adolescents, teens, families, and individuals navigating life transitions.
I specialize in maternal mental health, trauma, emotional wellness, identity rebuilding, and relationship dynamics. I also work extensively with adolescents and teens facing anxiety, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, school-related stress, family conflict, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, safe, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
