Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re here.

As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), I look forward to the opportunity to be part of your mental health journey.

My approach is compassionate, patient-centered, and adaptable to meet your unique needs—whether you're seeking straightforward medication management or a more integrative approach that incorporates holistic strategies alongside traditional treatment.

With experience treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns, I emphasize personalized, evidence-based medication management while also offering options for those who seek additional support through lifestyle modifications, stress management, and mind-body practices. My specialized training in integrative reproductive psychiatry allows me to provide tailored mental health care for individuals navigating hormonal shifts, pregnancy, postpartum, and all stages of menopause, ensuring they receive the right support for their emotional and mental well-being during these transitions.

My goal is to offer compassionate, practical solutions that align with each client’s unique needs, whether they prefer a traditional medication approach or a broader, integrative plan. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where individuals feel empowered to take charge of their mental health and overall well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am best positioned to serve individuals seeking compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that aligns with their unique needs and lifestyle. Whether you are looking for straightforward medication management or a more holistic, integrative approach, I provide personalized support to help you achieve emotional and mental well-being.

As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in my compassionate, patient-centered approach, clinical expertise, and ability to tailor care to each individual’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their mental health journey.

I am experienced in medication management, whether it’s helping clients simplify their treatment, identify medication options, or integrate a more holistic approach based on their preferences. I believe in collaboration and shared decision-making, empowering my clients to take an active role in their treatment plans.

Above all, my strength lies in my dedication to meeting clients where they are, whether they need straightforward medication management, deeper integrative care, or ongoing support to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to provide practical, evidence-based solutions with warmth, understanding, and a commitment to their overall well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we focus on understanding your unique needs and goals. This initial visit is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and establish a foundation for your care.

Before your appointment, you will receive questionnaires to complete, which will help gather important information about your medical and mental health history. These forms allow us to make the most of our time together and ensure a thorough evaluation.

We will discuss your mental health history, current concerns, medical background, lifestyle factors, and any past treatments you may have tried. If you're seeking medication management, we will review your symptoms, identify possible or continuing current medications, discuss treatment preferences, and address any questions or concerns you may have. If you're interested in a more integrative approach, we can outline key lifestyle factors—such as sleep, nutrition, and stress management—and identify plans for future exploration.

My goal in this first session is to begin creating a personalized care plan that aligns with your needs—whether that means a straightforward medication plan, holistic strategies, or a combination of both. You’ll leave the session with a clear understanding of the next steps and feel supported in your mental health journey. The first visit is routinely one hour to allow for a thorough and comprehensive evaluation.
