Great to meet you!

I am a therapist in St. Louis specializing in treatment of psychosis, anxiety, and depression. I completed my counseling degree at UMSL in 2021 and am currently working towards a doctorate in psychology through Ponce Health Sciences University. I have worked for inpatient hospitals for two years and in private practice before that.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to find ways to empower you in your strengths and use them to grow. I can be direct in order to help you identify and break patterns. You are always the center of the treatment and making the decisions of how you want to move forward. I won't ask you to do anything you're not comfortable with.

What you can expect from me

During a typical session, you can expect to review your progress during the week, choose a couple things to focus on, and work toward understanding your thoughts and behaviors. We will end every session with a tiny step for you to complete during the week that will move you toward your goals.
