Great to meet you!

As a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner, I believe that your mental health is as important as your physical health. You have taken that first step, congratulations! I've been a nurse for 30+ years, but since 2021, I have been a nurse practitioner, providing mental health care for all ages (4-99) who struggle with multiple mental health disorders from depression and anxiety, ADHD, to Schizophrenia.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique! You have your own story and deserve an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we will act as partners in your journey to wellness. It's important to me that we communicate openly and that you feel respected. I will be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way!

What you can expect from our first session

In our first meeting, I invite you to open up about your story, the challenges you’ve faced, and any hopes you have for your treatment. I understand that sharing these personal experiences can be difficult, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your needs, all within a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe and comfortable. Moving forward, we’ll continue to work hand in hand to improve your mental health and well-being.
