Great to meet you!

I consider myself to be a compassionate therapist who offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients build coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful change. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and confident in their growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and personalized to each client’s unique needs and goals. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges and build insight. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop practical coping skills and create positive change. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, resilient, and confident as they move forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment during their first session. We’ll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, and the goals you hope to achieve. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what you’re looking for in therapy. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels comfortable, personalized, and focused on your growth and healing.
