With 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), I am dedicated to providing professional and compassionate therapeutic services. Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and certified in Emotional Transformational Therapy (ETT), I offer both in-person and telehealth services across Texas. My focus is on delivering expert, empathetic care to meet the unique needs of each client I work with.

My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, integrating EMDR, ETT, CBT, and DBT to meet the unique needs of those I serve. Recognizing that each person seeks therapy for their specific challenges, I aim to empower clients to identify their strengths and help navigate clients through their difficulties. This journey is guided by their autonomy and right to self-determination, helping them create a more fulfilling life with the tools acquired in therapy.
