Great to meet you!

I have experience supporting, holding, cultivating a safer space with individuals from different back grounds and family configurations, ethnic/racial, spiritual, LGBTQI. Reach out through email or phone call and together we will walk this path of self discovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice embodies emotional and behavioral self-regulation, multiple treatment modalities (including psychodynamic, attachment, cognitive-behavioral, relational, motivational, trauma-informed, and strength-based), and mindfulness techniques and nature therapy. I am trained in different approaches: Together, we will find what works best for you!

What you can expect from our first session

My approach begins with you and your relationship with yourself, the people around you, and your environment. We all suffer from common problems in life, love, and work, but the solutions that work for each of us are as unique as we are. It is your path, you deserve to be happy and fulfilled no matter the forks in the road.
