Great to meet you!

I am a central Florida native and graduated from Southeastern University in 2014. I have worked in the mental health field over 10 years and have a variety of experience which includes crisis work, addictions, grief, and within the public school system. My passion for mental health stems from my personal journey through therapy and realizing the incredible benefit it provides.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative in nature, we will act as partners in this journey. I believe that you are the expert about your feelings and experiences and I will bring my professional knowledge and lived experience to the table. Together we will navigate this journey to move you toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to work through their journey. I find it helpful to collaboratively set goals to work towards, but ultimately I am here to provide what you need.
