Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I help clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, couples counseling, marriage concerns, parenting challenges, self-esteem, grief, behavioral issues, emotional regulation, and major life transitions. I also support clients who are struggling with communication difficulties, family conflict, work stress, and personal growth.

I use a compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based approach to treatment. Depending on the client’s needs, I may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based counseling. My goal is to help clients feel supported while developing practical tools for healing, resilience, and healthier relationships.

I welcome clients across the lifespan and value creating a space that is warm, respectful, and supportive. Whether you are looking for counseling for a child, teen, adult, or couple, I am here to help.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, family-centered, and collaborative. I believe children and teens do best when they feel supported not only individually, but also within their family relationships. Because of this, I work closely with parents to better understand behavioral patterns, build effective parenting strategies, reduce stress and conflict at home, improve communication, and strengthen secure, supportive connections.

I see therapy as a partnership with the whole family. By supporting both children and parents throughout the process, I help create a healthier, more connected home environment where children and teens can thrive emotionally, socially, and behaviorally.

What you can expect from me

I am dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental therapy environment where children, teens, individuals, and families feel understood and supported. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and family-centered. My goal is to help each child thrive emotionally, socially, and academically while also supporting parents in strengthening family connections, building emotional stability, and creating a healthier home environment.
