Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, lasting change. I hold a Doctorate degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health and have experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, trauma, and life transitions. My approach integrates evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work to develop practical tools, strengthen resilience, and foster emotional well-being and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Using evidence-based practices, I help individuals explore challenges, build coping skills, and develop greater self-awareness and resilience. I work from a strengths-based perspective, recognizing and building on each client’s existing abilities and resources. My focus may include anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, relationship concerns, and personal growth. Together, we develop practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change and improved overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we focus on understanding their concerns, goals, and strengths. During the first session, I gather information about their background, current challenges, and what they hope to achieve through counseling. Together, we identify priorities and develop initial goals that are realistic and meaningful. I strive to create an environment built on trust, collaboration, and respect, where clients feel heard and supported. By the end of the session, clients can expect greater clarity about the counseling process, a shared direction for treatment, and practical next steps tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
