Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and experienced family nurse practitioner and psychiatric nurse practitioner, dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, and seniors in Texas manage their mental health through expert medication management, psychotherapy, and supportive care. I work closely with individuals aged 15 and older to address challenges related to anxiety and depression, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals.

I am especially passionate about supporting women in improving their mental wellness and regaining a sense of emotional balance. I understand the unique stressors women may face during midlife and beyond—including hormonal shifts, caregiving responsibilities, and life transitions—and I strive to provide care that is both clinically sound and deeply empathetic.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I focus on building strong therapeutic alliances and offering guidance rooted in evidence-based psychiatric care. I am committed to reducing the stigma around mental health by creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where patients feel safe to discuss symptoms, ask questions, and explore treatment options. My goal is always to help patients better manage anxiety, reduce depressive symptoms, and improve their overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my family, thrift shopping, exploring new adventures, and connecting with nature—activities that bring balance and joy to my own life. I bring this same warmth, creativity, and sense of balance into my work with patients. I am proud to serve individuals across Texas.
