Great to meet you!

I personally know how hard it can be to choose your own emotional well-being over a relationship or situation. I have been there! I have sat in that “client's chair” and shared my most vulnerable experiences and feelings. I have had to hold up a mirror to my own mistakes and shortcomings. It’s not easy, but it is oh-so-worth it. I applaud you for being here and taking the steps necessary to build the life you ultimately deserve.

My approach to therapy

I have over a decade of hands-on experience in the mental health field as a bilingual counselor. My focus, expertise, and interests include but are not limited to meaning and shame, life transitions, healthy relationships, dating and breakups, grief, self-esteem, body image, adult children of alcoholics, caregivers, Alzheimer’s and dementia, depression, anxiety, and healthy coping.

What you can expect from me

I bring a relational and holistic approach to the counseling experience that allows my clients to feel seen, known, and understood. I am passionate about being a part of the “reigniting-the-flame” process in people’s lives. I want you to leave counseling feeling empowered to handle your challenges in a healthy and practical way with a greater sense of SELF.
