Great to meet you!

I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University. I have been in private practice for 29 years as well as continue to work for the military and for hospitals. I have specialized in treating anxiety disorders, panic attacks and PTSD, using a combination of CBT and Mindfulness strategies. I am also skilled at stress management, grief and loss, and PTSD. My treatment focus is on cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, Christian and health counseling.

My approach to therapy

I see myself as someone who is a giver of hope, that we can partner together, along with some good tools, to make things better. Everyone has strengths, and I work to build upon those rather than focus on what's wrong with you.

What you can expect from me

Lots of tools! Without tools, talking is just talk. I will teach you tools for letting go of negative self-talk and negative behaviors.
