Great to meet you!

I have over 15 years of experience specializing in working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. After completing my master's degree in social work from the University of Southern California I began practicing clinical work in different settings including schools, community, and government agencies. I learned the importance of cultural humility and always approaching clients from a strength-based perspective.

My approach to therapy

I am an approachable, authentic, nonjudgmental therapist who keeps it real. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and I am here to help you reach your full potential. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and psychodynamic therapy. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. I will work with my clients to identify their goals and develop a treatment plan tailored to their needs. It is important to remember that progress in therapy is not always linear. Still, as we move forward with treatment you will begin to experience reduced symptoms, improved mood, increased self-awareness, improved relationships, and increased ability to cope with stress.
