Great to meet you!

My name is Joanna and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, drug rehab facilities, and I'm currently working at a private practice. Most of the clients I meet with are couples or individuals who have relationship issues, trauma, depression or anxiety. I love my clients and I am very engaging and warm. My goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to open up and resolve issues that are causing them discomfort in their day to day lives.

My approach to therapy

I have an open heart and I use a client-centered approach to therapy. I provide a safe place for my clients to connect and share their problems, desires, and goals.

What you can expect from me

I expect clients to feel exhausted after sessions but then happier for the days and weeks afterward. We all need someone to listen to us and help get our problems out of our head and into a constructive space to work through them. Eventually, I hope my clients will feel relieved and self assured.
