Great to meet you!

I’ve been a provider of mental health care services from psychiatric inpatient settings to residential group homes and supported housing programs. I’ve worked in private group practices and am currently a school-based mental health therapist.

I am a strong advocate for affordable and obtainable mental health care services. I started my career working with developmentally disabled adults and adults with chronic mental illness. Later in my career I discovered how much I also enjoy working with children, adolescents and teens.

My range of experience has provided me opportunities for growth as a professional in order to gain much needed insight into best practices to support diverse populations in need. My main areas of treatment include anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, relationship building, managing social stressors, school avoidance, ADHD, behavior concerns, divorce, and grief.

I am a strong believer that with the right support even our greatest challenges in life will become manageable.

My approach to therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - CBT

Trauma Focused - CBT

Solution Focused Brief Therapy

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy - DBT

What you can expect from me
