Great to meet you!

Before deciding on any journey in therapy, it is important to get to know who will be walking alongside you. Since you are here, let me first just say, ‘Hello’. I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with teens and young adult women struggling with adjustment to life changes, losses, feeling limited, or living with the disturbance of anxiety and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Working together, we can uncover, understand, and resolve the issues that create so much pain in your life. We can do this by discovering what is preventing you from overcoming these problems, and then work together to build the resilience, skills, and experiences you need to succeed—to feel authentic, free, and be able to live a fuller life.

What you can expect from me

Truth is, it is seldom "easy", but is it possible? Absolutely. Past clients have said they felt that they were heard and supported, and that they were able to share their stories without fear of judgement. They were able to develop courage in dealing with difficult life events, as well as the ability to take on a new perspective.
