Great to meet you!

You've read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Endlessly analyzed your sun, moon, and rising sign. Maybe you've even tried therapy before. You understand yourself pretty well and yet something still feels stuck... You may be the person who holds everything together, thinks deeply about everything, and is highly attuned to other people's needs, while quietly wondering why you can't seem to trust yourself or feel fully at ease in your own life. You don't need more advice about what you “should” do. You need space to understand what's happening underneath the pattern and support actually changing it. My work goes beyond talk therapy to build a flexible nervous system, helping to deepen your relationships, reduce symptoms of trauma, and expand resilience.

My approach to therapy

I offer relational somatic therapy that works with your whole system. Using Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and depth psychology, we'll slow down enough to hear what your body and nervous system have been trying to tell you. Clients describe me as a compassionate guide who helps them see and experience things differently.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and learn about your goals. There’s no right or wrong way to arrive. Each session is about creating a sense of safety and grounding, so your system knows it doesn’t have to perform or get it “right.” This is your space, and it unfolds at your pace.
