Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy for adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and women's mental health. I have a growing clinical focus on pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood, and I provide compassionate, client-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in respect for each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy should be a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, increase self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I integrate evidence-based interventions with a systemic perspective, recognizing that relationships, life experiences, and environments all influence emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and the goals you'd like to work toward. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, and together we'll begin developing a plan that meets your unique needs. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.
