Great to meet you!

My practice is primarily psychodynamic while incorporating elements of cognitive and behavioral therapies as needed to assist in restructuring self-defeating patterns. My role is to travel your path with you, to create a space and relationship that is welcoming and safe. One where you can identify strengths you’ve developed and habits that hold you back. My part is to help you learn to recognize choices you may not have seen and build the strength to select ones that work for you.

My approach to therapy

I recognize each person has unique needs, and I select from a variety of methods to customize our work. I integrate elements of mindfulness and CBT. As needed I utilize play, art, and music.

What you can expect from me

I will work to help you to become strong and the healthiest version of yourself. I will assist you in overcoming the effects of adversity and trauma. I also offer support in navigating interpersonal/relationship challenges, family conflict, self-esteem, and personal growth.
