Great to meet you!

As a parent of a struggling child, you often find yourself wondering what you can do to help them feel better. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate life's challenges and develop the skills needed to thrive. I have experience providing psychotherapy to individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, physical and sexual abuse, behavioral difficulties, adoption-related issues, and challenges associated with divorce and family transitions.

My approach to therapy

I have specialized training in Play Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), evidence-based approaches to help children, adolescents, and young adults build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are seeking support for your child, guidance through a difficult life circumstance, or personal growth and healing, I strive to provide a compassionate, supportive environment where clients can feel understood and empowered.
