Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist, I work collaboratively with you to problem solve, improve your coping skills, heal from past traumas and make positive life changes. Our work together will help you develop a better understanding of yourself and patterns of behavior. Additionally, I partner with parents and primary caregivers to develop strategies and gain a better understanding of the meaning behind children’s behavior. I provide my clients with an environment based on sensitivity, empathy and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is based on evidence-based theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. I believe there is not a “one size fits all” approach and tailor my work to fit the individual client.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a personalized approach focused on your unique needs and goals. I provide a supportive, empathetic environment where you feel comfortable to explore and express yourself. Expect actionable insights, practical strategies, and a clear plan to move forward. My aim is to ensure every session is productive and empowering, leaving you with renewed motivation and a clear sense of direction.
