Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is committed to helping people work through their issues. I have experience working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic illness, cancer, end of life, caregiver stress, grief and loss, addiction, gender, abuse and relationship issues. I have had the privilege of helping many people in their journey. I believe everyone has the ability to heal, grow and find hope with the right support.

My approach to therapy

I believe is important to feel safe and comfortable with your provider. I strive to provide a positive environment for healing and recovery. I start where clients are and work to develop a trusting and supportive relationship. We walk together on this path to build on current strengths and skills, as well as develop new ones.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will get to know each other, explore your needs and identify goals. I notice strengths and achievements, along with barriers to growth. I am a supportive listener and ask inquiring questions to help guide you to answers. I look forward to meeting you and helping you in your life journey!
