Great to meet you!

If you are navigating recovery, depression, or a moment where the path forward feels unclear, you have come to the right place. I offer a positive, motivating, and empowering space where you can feel supported while building the tools you need for lasting change. Together, we work to create greater clarity, confidence, and emotional stability so you can move toward a healthier, more hopeful future.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and personalized to each client’s needs. I work to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being honest and understood, while also helping them build practical tools for growth and change. I believe therapy should feel both empowering and actionable, so I balance reflection and insight with concrete strategies that help clients make progress in their daily lives. Because every person’s story is different, I tailor my approach to fit the concerns, goals, and strengths each client brings into the room.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a very welcoming, heartfelt, and positive space where you can share at your own pace and begin to feel truly heard. I focus on understanding what brought you to therapy in the first place, so we can start getting a clear picture of what you are going through and what support you need most. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling relieved, understood, and motivated, with the sense that you do not have to carry everything on your own anymore.
