Great to meet you!

I bring warmth, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person's unique story to every session. With 10 years of experience as a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, I specialize in helping children, teens, and women navigate anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I am a Registered Play Therapist and trained in EMDR, which allows me to offer creative and evidence- based approaches to healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply seeking to understand yourself more deeply, I offer a calm, compassionate space where real change can take root. My approach is integrative and collaborative, blending evidence-based practices with deep respect for your unique story, strengths, and pace.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to feel seen, heard, and supported in a safe and nonjudgmental space. Together, we will identify patterns, build coping skills, and foster resilience to navigate life's challenges. Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped with practical tools they can use outside of therapy.
