Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Joanna and I am passionate about the work I do supporting clients in all stages of life. I have experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, postpartum depression, and early parent-infant mental health concerns. I bring an understanding of how early relationships and past experiences shape our current lives.

I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA MFC #53423) for 12 years and became certified as a Parent-Infant Mental Health Specialist in 2023. I have gained invaluable experience working in foster care and group homes where I learned the importance of healing the whole family for optimal success.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach meeting the client or family unit where they are and building on strengths. It is my ultimate goal for my clients to find meaning and growth in therapy to achieve their therapeutic and personal goals.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively to create safe space where my clients can explore their stories, strengths, and foster meaningful change.
