Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in wellness, yoga, and meditation, and a deep belief in the mind-body connection. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade helping others through mindful wellness practices, which continues to influence my work today. I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationships, addiction, sexuality,/identity using a warm, collaborative approach grounded in EMDR, IFS, and holistic care.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a space for both healing and self-discovery. My style is open-minded and humorous, while also creating room for honest reflection and meaningful growth. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, blending EMDR (when appropriate), mindfulness, somatic practices, and parts work to help you better understand yourself, heal old wounds, and move toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what feels most important to focus on, and what healing or growth might look like for you. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel supported, understood, and comfortable showing up as yourself.
