Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience helping adults, older adults, caregivers, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, and I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I often work with people facing anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver stress, relationship concerns, aging-related issues, and major life transitions. Together, we can better understand what you’re carrying and find practical, meaningful ways to help you feel more grounded.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work with clients to better understand their emotions, relationships, and patterns, while also building tools to manage stress and feel more grounded day to day. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, and supportive approaches, and I tailor our work to your needs and goals. I often support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, caregiving stress, aging-related concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, respectful, and comfortable space to begin sharing what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what has been feeling difficult, what you hope to get out of our work together, and any important background that may help me understand you better. I’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and will work with you to identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how therapy can help.
