Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with decades of experience working with adults who are coping with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I have trained and practiced across private practice, hospital, VA, forensic, and outpatient settings. I brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to helping clients better understand themselves and move forward with clarity and stability.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines empathy and evidence-based expertise. I integrate modalities such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My work is collaborative and structured, while still allowing space for each client’s individual experiences and goals.

What you can expect from me

Working with me, clients should expect a thoughtful and goal-oriented process. We'll conduct a thorough initial evaluation, clear treatment planning, and a steady, supportive pace. I develop a space where clients feel understood while also being gently challenged to build insight, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful changes.
