Throughout my experiences in economically, ethnically and geographically diverse settings from urban and rural community settings to public housing and affluent houses, I have consistently found that meeting people where they are is the best place to start and grow a therapeutic relationship. This broad based background provides me with contextual understandings that no longer require literal face-to-face meetings in order to engage with people 'where they are' to provide effective therapy.

I utilize best-practice integrative approaches to meet you where you are, come alongside you to find direction and assist with meeting goals. The integrative body, mind, emotion approach facilitates the discovery of your own answers so that you can identify the most effective components of therapy for yourself and eventually make these skills your own.

The phrase that I consistently hear is "that makes so much sense". When we can make sense of our struggles, we can acquire skills to determine what we want to do with them in order to direct our lives. I refer to it as stepping out of your struggles into steering your life.
