Great to meet you!

I firmly believe that mental health is an important aspect of overall health and wellbeing. As a Latinx, bicultural psychotherapist, I understand how difficult it can be to seek support and I honor the courage it takes to show up for yourself in this way. I enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties as well as life transitions through a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens. Additionally, I have a clinical focus on women's health issues and reproductive mental health, with a keen interest in concerns related to the perimenopause and post-menopause journey.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is highly empathetic, client-centered, and strengths-based, which empowers my clients to tap into their inherent potential. In our sessions you can expect a mix of humor and curiosity as we work collaboratively to explore your mental health needs, co-create resilience, and cultivate your very best self.

What you can expect from me

Clients have often shared that they felt seen, understood and valued in our sessions. Combining my therapeutic style and a mix of evidence-based practices clients can expect to walk away from our sessions feeling empowered and energized to work on their personal growth and mental health goals.
