Great to meet you!

Hi there, and welcome! As a Marriage and Family Therapist practicing since 2011, I love helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with warmth, genuine care, and a healthy dose of humor. I completed my undergraduate work at UC Berkeley and my graduate studies at Argosy University. While my early roots are in community mental health, I have spent the past ten years in private practice serving as both a therapist and a clinical director.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is, above all, a partnership. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk right alongside you with warmth and genuine care. Together, we’ll create a safe, compassionate space where we can gently uncover the root causes of what’s holding you back, while actively building the resilience

What you can expect from me

Think of our first visit as a supportive, safe starting point where we can begin to unpack your experiences and explore what true healing looks like for you. We will go completely at your pace, looking at those deeper wounds with compassion and laying the foundation to help you find relief and meaningful change.
