Congratulations for taking this step toward improving your health! I've worked with Native Americans, Veterans, seniors, new moms, elderly folks, teens and adults. I work with creative people because I understand and respect your uniqueness. I have been a PMHNP for 15 years, and an RN for many more. I earned a BA from CUNY, a BS from NYU, and an MS in Nursing specializing in psychiatry, from SLU. I am a safe and experienced prescriber of medication, and will find the right fit for you.

I will do my best to help you be the person you want to be, who you deserve to be. I will treat you as an equal, with respect and dignity. Clients come to me because they cannot sleep well or they sleep too much, they overeat or have a poor appetite, they cry often, are irritable, worry constantly, feel lonely, numb, avoid leaving the house, spend too much money, have scary thoughts, have feelings of guilt, and are having conflict in their personal or professional lives. It's a long list!

I am approachable, realistic, with a touch of the unconventional, and always laughter. My goal is to help you to make good choices, to offer support, to help you to identify and work toward reaching your goals. I don't want to change you, I just want you to be the best YOU!
