Hi, my name is Joanne Mylacraine. I am a licensed marriage, family, child, adolescent, and individual therapist with 18 years of professional, therapeutic experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, infidelity, grief, relationship issues, marital difficulties, divorce, separation, military, veteran issues, and am able to incorporate faith into our sessions. I am bilingual in Spanish and possess a passion and love for helping people in all types of situations.
I am a client-centered therapist. Your concerns and goals are my main focus. I believe in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and the power of our mind; being able to control our emotions and not allow our emotions to control us. I use Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to name a few.
