Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families. My approach is holistic, solution-focused, and grounded in the belief that you already carry the inner resources needed for growth. Using an evidence-based, culturally responsive lens, I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your experiences, build resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins when the mind and body are working together in support of overall well-being. As this alignment develops, it can help reduce stress and create the conditions for meaningful and sustainable healing. If you are experiencing persistent anxiety, overthinking, unresolved trauma, or a body that rarely feels at ease, you do not have to navigate these challenges alone. Therapy is a collaborative process grounded in trust and curiosity, designed to help you develop greater emotional regulation, self-awareness, and a stronger sense of connection within yourself.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a welcoming opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the concerns or challenges you may be experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process. t’s a conversation, not a test. You are always in control of what you choose to share, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll also review important information, such as confidentiality, and answer any questions you may have about the entire therapy process. This initial conversation helps us both better understand your experiences and begin identifying meaningful goals for our work together, while also allowing you to see if you feel comfortable, heard, and supported in the therapeutic relationship.
