Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who empowers adults in navigating life transitions and challenging experiences. I support clients experiencing grief and loss in its many forms, including the death of a loved one or the end of a relationship, as well as career loss or transition, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I use a strengths-based perspective and create an environment where you can express yourself without judgment. Therapy can offer space to explore your emotions while keeping your hopes, dreams, and goals in view. Together, we may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques and solution-focused approaches to identify areas for change and build a life that feels meaningful and successful to you.

What you can expect from me

During an initial consultation, we can discuss what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and whether my approach feels like a good fit for your needs. I offer individual therapy in a collaborative, compassionate setting. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, inviting and encouraging.
